Accommodations have been arranged at the newly renovated Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center & Spa, which is a member of the “Green” Hotels Association (www.greenhotels.com). The Hyatt has also recently achieved a One Palm Designation from Florida Green Lodging Program (www.dep.state.fl.us/greenlodging). The Hyatt was recently featured in the Sun Sentinel as it is the first state-certified green hotel in Broward County! It is approximately a 20 minute drive from the Fort Lauderdale / Hollywood International Airport. The room block is available until May 22, 2008. A limited number of rooms are available in each conference block.

Non-Government block:
Single: $139 per night
Executive double room upgrade at $40 additional and one bedroom suite upgrade at $80 additional.

These group rates will be available 3 days prior and 3 days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of rooms at the time of reservation.
To make reservations, individuals should call the Hyatt Regency Bonaventure Conference Center & Spa at (954) 616-1234 by May 1, 2008. Reservations for this event received after this date will be accepted on a space available and rate available basis. All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid major credit card number, which will be supplied at the time of the reservation. To obtain the special conference rates for the Government Block, please enter “G-FGOV” (no spaces) under the “GROUP/CORPORATE #” field. To obtain the special conference rates for the Non-Government Block, please enter “G-FTOC” (no spaces) under the ‘GROUP/CORPORATE#” field.
Any attendee not identifying his/her affiliation with the group and not requesting the conference rate prior to check-in cannot be extended the conference rate at a later date or during or after the meeting.

$139/night: Deluxe One King, single double occupancy

$139/night: Deluxe Two Double Beds, single double occupancy
Enjoy a 500 sq. ft. room offering two full-size beds with down pillows and plush bedding, sitting area, breakfast table for two and luxurious marble bath with walk-in shower, tub and bidet. Additional features include wired and wireless high-speed Internet access, LCD TV and an iHome iPod docking station with AM/FM clock radio. Includes a microwave and mini refrigerator. No balcony.
$139 + $40 = $179/night: Executive Two Double Beds, single double occupancy

$139 + $80 = $219/night: One Bedroom Suite, single double occupancy
