Online registration will be available until 6:00 p.m. EDT June 6, 2008. After this date, please plan to register on-site at the event.
Conference registration will be available at the hotel immediately prior to the conference. The late registration fee of $600 for Industry and Government and $300 for Students will be in effect during that time. Check, money order and credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) will be accepted on-site.
Event Management & Planning (EM&P) cannot invoice; therefore, payment of the conference registration fee must be received prior to admission to the conference. For payment processing purposes, the vendor identification number for TTI EM&P is 37277277275000. The federal identification number is 74-2270624.
Please make checks or money orders (U.S. currency drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to TTI-2008 FTOC. Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards are also accepted.
The regular participant conference registration fee covers admission to all sessions, exhibit hall, breakfasts, lunches, breaks, and a networking dinner.
Registration/Information Desk
The registration/information desk will be open during the following times:
- Sunday, June 15, 2008 – 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, June 16, 2008 – 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, June 17, 2008 – 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, June 18, 2008 – 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Cancellation
Only cancellations received in writing by EM&P by 6:00 p.m. EDT May 1, 2008, will be refunded, less a $100 handling fee. No refunds will be made after May 1.
